Next Generation Asset Manager in the REIT Sector

Arialgo was founded with the mission of bringing a world leading asset management technology to the $1.25 trillion REIT market through economics-backed machine learning.

Arialgo developed the REIT Portfolio Manager, a state-of-the-art systematic asset management system which tracks, analyses, rates and ranks REITs. The system is based on the Appel REIT Indicators (ARI), a set of REIT following indicators and fundamental analysis tools which process a vast amount of data and provide unique insights on the REIT market and on individual REITs.

The system provides insights, rankings, visualizations and portfolio rebalancing tools, using advanced data science and machine learning tools, which puts its users in a significant advantageous position in the REIT market.

  • REITs had a superior Sharpe ratio to the SP500 over the past 20 years.

  • Real estate offers investors a real yield (in the form of rents) along with inflation protection (value & rents grow alongside inflation). REITs are required to distribute at least 90 percent of their taxable income to shareholders annually in the form of dividends. • Shares of publicly listed REITs are readily traded on the major stock exchanges.
